Student-Run 710 Coffee Bar Gives Hospitality Trainees Real-World Experience
The Las Vegas Review-Journal highlights the grand opening of CALV’s new student-operated 710 Coffee Bar. Named after the Academy’s location at 710 W. Lake Mead Blvd., the café provides students with hands-on experience in coffee preparation, guest service, and daily business operations while serving the North Las Vegas community.
