  • The Culinary Health Insurance PPO plan offers many options for getting care when you need it and includes in-network and out-of-network benefits.

  • We offer a generous Paid Time Off (PTO) program for full-time employees; employees will begin accruing three weeks of PTO at the date of hire during their first year. PTO benefits grow with continued service. Part-time and on-call employees are also eligible to accrue PTO

Our hiring process is designed to be thorough, transparent, and respectful of your time. Here’s what you can typically expect:

  1. Application Review – Our team carefully reviews each application to match skills and experience with the role.
  2. Initial Screening – Selected candidates are invited to a short phone or video interview to discuss qualifications and expectations.
  3. Interviews – Depending on the role, this may include one or more interviews with team members or leadership.
  4. Offer- If you are chosen as the final candidate, we’ll contact you and make you an official offer
  5. Background Check– Pending job specific background screenings
  6. Onboarding- Once you accept the offer, we’ll guide you through a structured onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into your new role and set you up for success.

We aim to communicate clearly at every step, keep the process efficient, and ensure the right fit for both you and our team.

You can check the status of your application by logging into the ADP applicant portal where you originally submitted it. Once logged in, you’ll be able to view the current status of your application and any updates related to your candidacy.

Onboarding typically takes 1 to 2 weeks to complete. We communicate each step of the process clearly so you’ll always know what to expect and what comes next.
