Here are some photos from our Teen Cook Competition winners! They are currently completing an internship at The Smith Center. On Friday, in between other intern duties, Kevin Rueda prepared three stuffed chicken breast plates. He was given a mystery basket of ingredients – all of which had to be used. He also had a time limit of one hour and was given free range to be as creative as he could with the ingredients given. He did a great job, had lots of fun, and learned a great deal of time management and cooking techniques!
