Representing phase two of a three-phase building program, the modern training facility allows students to become proficient in the operation of equipment only now being introduced to the industry so their skills will be current for years to come. The kitchen is specially designed to facilitate hands-on learning. It includes: - a full-sized "hot line" training station;
- a pantry-training and garde-manger station;
- a complete demonstration kitchen;
- state of the art roll-in computerized ovens;
- high-tech dish and pot-washing equipment.
The new Culinary Training Academy facility provides the following: - A 400 seat Banquet and Events Center for Training of food servers and professional cooks
- A bistro-style restaurant that seats 50 people with the capability of a new a la carte buffet service brand for training of food and beverage students
- Nine hotel suites designed after each of our major partner hotels that will be completely outfitted as guest room/suites for training of guest room attendants and hospitality workers
