With the support of the CTA curriculum instructors , we have been able to deliver the community quality fresh food made daily by the students with the supervision of the kitchen staff.  Our daily specials and sophisticated menu have been the buzz in the community.  Customer report that they get a great product that is affordable.  We have managed to build a great repeat business with our little formula of great food at reasonable prices.
