The Culinary Academy of Las Vegas is hosting its 2nd Annual Trends in Hospitality Trade Show.  This in an exclusive trade show that will feature the latest innovations in food, equipment, and supplies, including items not yet released or available.  The event is invitation-only for key decision makers in the hospitality industry, including executive chefs and vice presidents of food and beverage and procurement.

Among the 50+ vendors exhibiting at the Trends in Hospitality Expo will be celebrated cookbook author Chef Mai Pham who will be preparing unique Southeast Asian Dishes in the InnoAsian Cuisine Booth.  Also at the Certified Angus booth, a 25 year experienced butcher will be fabricating 42 day old dry aged ribeye, Tomahawk & N.Y. Strip Steak.

This expo serves as one of the Culinary Academy of Las Vegas’ annual fundraisers.  “All proceeds generated from this event are reinvested directly into our overall infrastructure with new equipment, updated curriculums, student body experience and community support events.” says Chris Fava, CEO.  “We are excited to have over 100 of property partner executives meet over 50 elite manufactures representing thousands of new, fresh to market and ground breaking items trending in the food and beverage hospitality business in 2016 and beyond.”

About Culinary Academy of Las Vegas Founded in 1993, the Culinary Academy of Las Vegas, the country’s leading nonprofit culinary and hospitality training institute, was developed through a joint labor-management trust representing private sector employers, the Culinary Union Local 226 and the Bartenders Union Local 165.
