The Culinary Academy of Las Vegas is hosted its 3rd Annual Trends in Hospitality Trade Show.  This in an exclusive trade show that features the latest innovations in food, equipment, and supplies, including items not yet released or available.  The event is invitation-only for key decision makers in the hospitality industry, including executive chefs and vice presidents of food and beverage and procurement.

This expo serves as one of the Culinary Academy of Las Vegas’ annual fundraisers.  All proceeds generated from this event are reinvested directly into our overall infrastructure with new equipment, updated curriculums, student body experience and community support events.  We are excited to have over 100 of property partner executives meet over 50 elite manufactures representing thousands of new, fresh to market and ground breaking items trending in the food and beverage hospitality business in 2017 and beyond.

About Culinary Academy of Las Vegas Founded in 1993, the Culinary Academy of Las Vegas, the country’s leading nonprofit culinary and hospitality training institute, was developed through a joint labor-management trust representing private sector employers, the Culinary Union Local 226 and the Bartenders Union Local 165. The Academy is licensed by the Nevada Commission on Postsecondary Education and trains several thousand students per year for participating employers in the hospitality industry. Offerings include a 50-seat bistro-style restaurant, Westside Bistro, and a 400-seat banquet and events center located at the 710 West Lake Mead Blvd. campus.
